Maharashtra Diwas

Among the various special day observed in India, one of the important day is birth anniversary of the famous Marathi author Kusumagraj. Every year on this day ie; 27 February  "Marathi Diwas" is celebrated in entire Maharashtra, India and worldwide. He had a great hand in developing the mere language and penned down various poems, plays, stories, essays, and many more. There are numerous seminars, cultural shows organized on this day as a mark of respect to the eminent personality. On "Marathi Diwas" let us see some of the mouth-watering Maharashtrian Cusines that has interesting blends of flavors. The food here is diverse because of many communities that cover a range from mild to very spicy dishes. Sabudana Vada Sabudana Vada is a traditional deep fried snack.
